Membership Terms
Recurring Memberships
All memberships automatically renew and are billed monthly to the payment method on file until canceled.
All Sales Final
Membership fees, drop-in services, and retail purchases are non-refundable. No refunds or credits will be issued for unused memberships or partial billing period.
Cancellation
Memberships may be canceled at any time through the online member portal and will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
Membership Holds
Memberships may be placed on hold for up to two (2) consecutive months. Billing will automatically resume at the end of the approved hold period.
By purchasing a membership, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these membership terms and our Membership Agreement.
