This protocol is designed to support your body's natural repair and recovery process through a progressive sequence of oxygen, light, and circulation.

The session begins with Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT), where increased atmospheric pressure allows your body to absorb more oxygen than normal breathing alone. Oxygen plays a vital role in tissue maintenance, cellular function, and the body's natural healing processes.

Next, Red Light Therapy exposes the body to therapeutic wavelengths of red and near-infrared light that support mitochondrial function and cellular energy production. This complements the oxygen-rich environment created during HBOT.

The protocol finishes with Compression Therapy, using dynamic air compression to encourage healthy circulation and lymphatic movement, helping you leave the session feeling refreshed while supporting the delivery of oxygen and nutrients throughout the body.
