About Elite Edge Recovery.

Elite Edge Recovery was built with one goal in mind. Help people feel better, recover faster, and stay consistent.

Recovery isn’t just for athletes. It’s for anyone who wants to move better, reduce stress, and take control of how they feel day to day

What Makes us Different.

We’ve created a space that combines high-quality recovery modalities with a clean, welcoming environment.

From cold plunge and infrared sauna to red light therapy and hyperbaric oxygen, everything we offer is designed to support your body naturally and effectively.

Whether you’re training hard or just looking to reset, we make recovery simple, accessible, and part of a routine.

Philosophy

We believe recovery should be consistent, not occasional.

That’s why we focus on creating an experience that’s easy to incorporate into your lifestyle—so you can show up, reset, and leave feeling better every time.

Our Approach

We take a simple, intentional approach to recovery—combine the right modalities, stay consistent, and focus on what works.

Whether you’re rotating between hot and cold, using red light therapy, or building a full recovery routine, everything is designed to support your body naturally and effectively.

Our mission

Our mission is simple— to help people feel better, recover faster, and make recovery part of their everyday routine.

We’re here to provide a space that’s clean, welcoming, and built for real results.
